The people behind Spokane Drywall Pros

Four crews, all on our own books. The person who quotes your job walks it with the crew on the first morning and answers for it afterwards.

Who Spokane Drywall Pros is, and who does the work

You get the same crew from the first day to the last, and one person to call about it who was there when it was priced.

Spokane Drywall Pros is a drywall contractor in Spokane, four crews on our own books, hanging and finishing board since 2014. A little over two hundred jobs a year, residential and commercial, booked about two weeks out with one crew kept free for repairs.

We started with one truck and two people, hanging board for a couple of builders who could not get anybody to show up twice. The builders got bigger, the homeowners they had worked for began calling directly, and the repair side grew out of that rather than out of any decision. We have stayed deliberately unsubcontracted since: the hanger and the finisher on each crew have worked together long enough to agree about what a flat wall is, and that agreement is most of the trade.

Is a job ever too small to bother us with? One cracked corner bead in a hallway is worth a call, and so is a forty-unit build-out running to a schedule. The first is a morning for one crew and the second is six weeks and a phased quote.

Call (509) 357-5705 and you get whoever would be pricing the job. What it costs you is that we book about two weeks out; what it buys you is one person answering for the work from the first morning to the final walk under a light.

Who you actually get on the phone

Ray Delgado — owner and estimator, 12 years in the trade.

Ray hung board for eleven years for other people before starting this, including four on multi-family work where a crew that cannot hold a schedule costs everybody on the site money. He quotes every job himself, walks each one with the crew on the first morning, and is on site for the final look under a light.

If you call the number on this site during the week, it is him or the office, and he will tell you when a job is not worth doing as readily as when it is.

Spokane Drywall Pros

One crew is kept off the schedule all year, for the ceiling that drops on a Tuesday.

Spokane Drywall Pros hangs, tapes, finishes and textures board across Spokane and the towns out to the county line. New construction and additions, repairs after a leak, popcorn ceilings taken down, and whole houses hung to a turnover date. Four crews, a little over two hundred jobs a year, residential and commercial alike.

Why people call us rather than the next name on the list

  • Twelve years hanging drywall in this valley, since 2014
  • The measure is free and the quote names the board and the finish level
  • One crew held back for repairs, so a small job is not queued behind a build
  • Dry air here sets compound early, and the schedule is built around that
  • The room is swept, vacuumed and handed back before the van leaves

If you have a wall that has cracked, a ceiling that has started to sag or a room that needs drywall from scratch, call (509) 357-5705 and somebody will come and look at it. You get a written price off the measurements rather than a number guessed over the phone, and if a patch will do the job we will tell you so.
